O’REILLYS – LAMINGTON NATIONAL PARK
0800 hours – Point to Point Tours will greet you at your Hotel
and travel to Canungra, then on to O’Reilly’s Guesthouse surrounded by
World Heritage Rainforest. Feed the magnificent Crimson Lorikeets and
King Parrots, experience the Canopy Walk – an elevated bridge amongst
the treetops, walking tracks will lead you into the pristine
rainforest environment. (Buy bird seed – sunflower) Meals are
available at the café, which caters for light snacks such as
sandwiches or a selection of hot dishes (lunch at own
expense). Proceed back to the Gold Coast via Canungra and the Coomera
River Valley. 1600 hours – Arrive at your Hotel Cost: $TBA (Rate is

shoes are a must, and bring warm clothing, as O’Reilly’s is quite

BYRON BAY TOUR
Today we will head south to
the exciting town of Byron Bay. We will travel through the picturesque
countryside of the Tweed Valley with its lush sugarcane fields and Mt
Warning in the background, before arriving at our destination of Byron
Bay where we will have plenty of time for browsing through the many
different shops and restaurants of the town itself.. Lunch today will
be at your own expense. Depart Byron Bay Tropical Fruit World. Depart
Tropical Fruit World back to your hotel.
Depart Gold Coast:09:00am and
return approx. 5.00pm

MOUNT TAMBORINE AND WINERY TOUR
0900 hours - Point to Point
Tours will greet you at your Hotel and travel to Tamborine Mountain, a
volcanic plateau 560 metres above sea level. After taking in the fresh
mountain air and the panoramic views of the Gold Coast to the East and
mountain ranges to the West, we will stop at Gallery Walk to visit art
and craft galleries. Back on the coach and continue to Heritage Wines
for your first wine tasting. Proceed to Albert River Wines. Set in a
very historic homestead, the winery offers the grandeur of early
Queensland architecture as you relax and enjoy the picturesque
vineyard and hinterland views. Wine tasting will be followed by lunch
(about 1230 hours). Proceed back to
the Gold Coast via Canungra and the Coomera River Valley.

Brindabella Country Gardens Tour
Come with us for a day in the country with a difference. Today we
will travel up The Great Dividing Range enjoying morning tea along the
way. We will turn off the main highway and drive through the
picturesque countryside to visit the beautiful Heritage listed Spring
Bluff Railway Station, which always has a magnificent floral display
all year round. Here we will have time to inspect the interesting
buildings and floral displays, before enjoying a home cooked lunch at
“The Station Master’s Cottage Café”. We will then visit the
“Brindabella Country Gardens”, a specialist nursery featuring 4 acres
of exhibition gardens with over 1,000 roses, including the complete
collection of perfumed David Austin Roses, which should be in full
bloom. Here will also be able to wander through displays of Conifers,
Maples, Cottage Perennials, Rhododendrons, Cherries and lots more.
These gardens are really a feast for the eyes and are all on a level
site - we will also be able to purchase some of our favourites to take
home. We make our way back to the Coast travelling through Toowoomba
and down The Great Dividing Range, visiting a fruit stall along the
way.
